Shipping Policy
XOXO Beauty Co. is a small business currently located in the U.S. on the East Coast. This is where your order is fulfilled.
We will send you a shopping confirmation with tracking information as soon as it is generated. The contact information you provide during checkout will be where we send this information. Our goal is to ship all orders out within 48 hours, excluding weekends and major holidays. Please, keep in mind that USPS shipping times cannot be guaranteed and do tend to be delayed around major holidays.
XOXO Beauty Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You may elect to insure your package at checkout. If this is done, we will send you a replacement for a reported lost or stolen package. In the event a refund should occur, it will for price charged, less shipping costs.
You are responsible for verifying your purchase content and information at checkout. We are not responsible and will not issue refunds or replacements for shipments that have been confirmed as delivered to an address incorrectly submitted during the checkout process. (This includes entering an old address for yourself and the package not being auto-forwarded to your new address.)
If you enter the wrong address at checkout and the package is returned to us we will not resend the package. We will refund your order, less shipping costs. You are welcome to place another order to the correct address.
For international orders, XOXO Beauty Co. is not responsible for customs charges or fees. This responsibility is that of the customer. International orders tracking information updates less frequently than domestic orders. If you have not received your international order within 6 weeks or 30 business days, please contact us at customerservice@xoxobeautyco.com.
